If your system was installed by Ambrose Solar, please rest assured that your request is being handled in a timely manner. For systems not installed by Ambrose Solar, we will review and address your request in the order it was received. The recent decision by SunPower Direct and/or your Solar Installer to no longer provide services has contributed to this backlog, and we are doing everything possible to manage the increased demand.
